Fall kick-off: Baggage

A lot of times Sozo to me is a place just to talk about my feelings and whats been going on in my life but that night when i saw the baggage skit it made me realize all the "baggage" iv'e been carrying around and not even realizing it. Iv'e basically just in my mind decided this is how I am and this is how I'm going to be my whole life. But God doesn't want that for me. He wants me to live my life to the fullest for Him and when I'm weighed down by all of the things Iv'e either put on myself or iv'e aloud other people to put things on me I can't fully live my life for Him. It just makes Sozo that much more meaningful, that not only can I talk about my feelings, but they can help me go through each of the "bags" and not make life so overwhelming. Im so excited to see what God has in store for me this semester. Each Thursday will give me the opportunity to begin to walk through my "baggage" and give them over to Jesus.
